Holiday Photos:

- Unedited photos will be available the day after your shoot.

- Once you select your favorites, editing will begin. The edited photos will be delivered within 5 days of your selection.

Wedding Photos:

- Unedited and sneak peek photos will be ready within 2–3 days.

- Edited photos will be delivered within 14 days after you choose your favorites. If you’re unsure which to pick, we’re happy to assist.

Your video reels (up to 60 seconds) and highlight video (1.5–3 minutes) will be ready within 2 weeks.

2. Wedding videos:

Your video reels (up to 60 seconds), highlight video (1.5–3 minutes) and full movie (depending on service duration) will be ready within 4 weeks.

*You are also welcome to select your favorite songs to be used as background music for the videos.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

Of course! After your photos are edited, we’ll start designing your fine art album. We’ll curate the best images to create a layout that tells the story of your day, then send it to you for approval. Once approved, the album will be sent to print, a process that typically takes about two weeks.

If the guest cancels the photography session within 7 days of the scheduled date and time, a cancellation fee of 50% of total amount will apply.

Weather Conditions:

a. In the case of outdoor photography sessions, if inclement weather conditions prevent the session from taking place, the photographer and client will discuss and agree upon an alternative date and time.

b. If the client is unable or unwilling to reschedule, the photographer will provide a refund of any fees paid.

Yes, we do. Transportation is available with an additional charge, depending on the pick-up point, drop-off location, and duration.

Yes, we can arrange both with an extra fee. The outfit rental is for Balinese traditional attire.
